Refund Policy
  1. Valid for Refund:
    • The deal didn't reach its minimum number of buys.
    • Duplicate transactions due to system error.
  2. DealMania will refund the full amount after 15 banking days from the date of refund claiming.
  3. Invalid for refund:
    • DealMania will not refund just because the customer change minds.
    • If stated in the "Golden Rules" that there'll be no charge-back no refund will be processed.
    • Expired or unused voucher.
  4. DealMania is only intermediary agent of the Merchant. If the customer has problems with the voucher or the goods and services, DealMania will use reasonable efforts to assist the customer in dealing with the Merchant. However, DealMania will not issue a refund or credits due to unsatisfied customers; instead the Merchant will be solely responsible for any claims or refund that will arise from the deal.
  5. Any refund claims that is not stipulated in this policy, DealMania has the sole discretion to grant or disapprove the refund claim.
