- Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
- Nope. Our reach is nationwide and we can access millions of web users. We encourage you to invite friends and families anyway, though. DealMania is addicting and fun, what with such huge discounts on popular brands you can't find anywhere else.
- I like today's deal - how do I get it?
- Just click "BUY" before the offer expires, and enter your payment information. That's it.
- What happens if the DealMania doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
- If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your account and send you a link to print your DealMania voucher. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and your money is refunded). But we're confident our every deal will tip.
- Do I need to use my DealMania voucher the same day I buy it?
- No. In fact, most DealMania cannot begin to be used until the specified redemption period after your purchase. If you are ever able to use it on the same day, it will be specified in the deal's Terms.
- I bought a DealMania - how do I use it?
- Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to your DealMania voucher. Print voucher which has redemption instructions!
- Can I buy a DealMania as a gift for someone else?
- Yes, all our merchant partners are aware that DealMania can be used as gifts. So gift away to your favorite people! To do this, click on the BUY button and complete the transaction. You may modify the name of recipient before printing out the voucher.
- If I don't use the full value of the DealMania in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
- If for some odd reason the DealMania does not reach the required minimum number of buyers, we shall refund your payment within 15 banking days.
- Can I combine my DealMania with other offers or specials?

- Am I billed as soon as I join a DealMania?

- We're sorry. When your voucher expires, you can not use it anymore. No refunds also. The Redemption Period is clearly stated in the deal terms.
